Eddy County Search & Rescue is an all-volunteer team of diverse members, dedicated to providing ground SAR resources in Eddy County, the State of New Mexico, and beyond when needed. ECSAR is a member of the New Mexico Search & Rescue Council and falls under the New Mexico Department of Public Safety/New Mexico State Police for SAR missions.
